Workspace Settings
All workspace settings are available via the gear icon in the top right corner of the LightLead interface.
Available settings
Time zone
Determines what time zone "today"/"yesterday" are calculated in, when schedules run, and how dates are recorded in reports. More details: Time Zone.
Default currency
The currency for displaying financial metrics (Spend, CPC, CPM, etc.) in the interface and reports. More details: Default Currency.
Workspace name
Shown in the interface and in notifications. Can be changed at any time.
Webhook URL (Solo/Agency)
A URL for sending report-completion notifications to external systems (Slack, Discord, Zapier).
Email notifications
Sends email notifications about report completion and errors. Configured individually for each report.
Telegram notifications
Configures receiving notifications and reports in Telegram. Requires connecting a Telegram bot. More details: Telegram and Mini App.
Who can change settings
- Owner: all settings
- Member: settings unavailable / limited by scope
- Participant: cannot change settings
- Operator: cannot change settings
